Responsibilities- Assist in coordinating communication activities, promotions, and media relations.
- Maintain a master library of advertising, collateral, and public relations materials.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide updates to the team.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive media contact list while fostering strong relationships with local and international media.
- Assist in writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.
- Manage press kits, media materials, and monitor media coverage.
- Support advertising campaigns by coordinating with agencies and ensuring timely media placements.
- Oversee the execution of direct marketing activities and inventory of marketing collateral.
- Assist in organizing and executing hotel-sponsored events, community-related activities, and high-end sponsorship opportunities.
- Perform administrative duties, including documentation, press clipping, and coordinating communication efforts across departments.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build media and stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and media monitoring tools is an advantage.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
