Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Commodity Senior Analyst for our Global Silicon Team. The candidate will coordinate global projects, support data analysis, and manage sourcing-related tasks. Proficiency in data analysis and project management is essential. This role offers growth opportunities for professionals pursuing a career in procurement. This will be a hybrid work role based in Penang, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and coordinate global projects.
2. Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
3. Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Collaborate with Category Teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
5. Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies based on data analysis.
6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation.
7. Support global sourcing related activities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years experience as a Commodity Analyst or in a similar role within the Semiconductor industry will be an advantage.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
4. Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI, and other market analysis platforms.
