Commercial Senior Executive/ Executive

Position: Commercial Senior Executive/Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Senior Executive to streamline operations and coordinate project cargo logistics between our China and Southeast Asia offices. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to ensure efficient logistics and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in PowerPoint to prepare slides for meetings and pivot tables for data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel to prepare reports for meetings with carriers and inter-office meetings.
• Gather the market information and rates with Southeast Asia offices on a weekly basis.
• Assist on issues escalation with the carriers.
• Close communication with Southeast Asia procurement colleagues to know about the latest market rates and demand.
• Prepare meeting minutes for internal calls with branch offices.
• Monitor each Southeast Asia pol loading volume with core carriers against allocation.
• Assist to follow up with carriers with FAK and disseminate to the offices.
• Ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics commercial support.
• Experience supporting cross-border teams or regional office is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with the Singapore office.
