A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of assigned projects and programs, ensuring the project success in close collaboration with the Project Manager.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Commercial project management for projects in close collaboration with the project manager and project team in national and international business from the receipt of the order to the end of the warranty.
2. Handling of commercial and financial activities for Field Services and Tool Depot (from Order handling to execution).
3. Commercial management of internal Service Level Agreements and THOP Agreements.
4. Commercial management of service orders for the timely execution of the orders, including:
1. Creating project work breakdown structure (WBS).
2. Setting up project in SAP.
3. Revenue recognition.
4. Creating purchase orders and invoicing (based on time and material/hourly rates).
5. Support all other financial and commercial aspects such as tax issues and L/Cs.
6. Interfacing and close collaboration with customers such as legal, sales team, FSBO, SCM, CF Tax and Accounting, as well as the regional commercial team.
7. Continuous improvement of relevant processes, procedures and tools.
8. Any other commercial and financial duties assigned.

What You Bring

1. Sound Degree or equivalent experience in Finance/Economic/Business/Accounting or any relevant field.
2. 3+ years of experience in commercial project management in an international business environment.
3. Knowledge of project calculation, project financing, insurance, taxes and duties, export control as well as contractual terms and conditions.
4. Knowledge about MS-Office, SAP and affinity for digital solutions in project controlling and project reporting.
5. Very good understanding of IFRS.
6. Professional in English.
