Job Description

  • Reporting to the Cluster Manager Asia-Pacific, creates the commercial strategies to achieve the budget
  • Responsible for the commercial structure, building and developing a high-potential team
  • Responsible for the development of Sales Channels (Bakery, Industry, Food Service, Retail and Gelato)
  • Bring support to the sales team in achieving the objectives and participate directly in most important negotiations
  • Interfacing with Unigras R&D and Marketing teams main functions, and lead the development of new products dedicated to the country
  • Monitor the Market and the competitors actions, bringing valuable data analytics to the commercial and marketing area.
  • Represent the company in international Exhibitions and Meetings.

Job Requirements

  • 10 Years in same Industry leading commercial teams. FMCG desired.
  • MS Office Advanced
  • MBA or Masters Degree, Bachelors Degree Business Admin, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, International business etc
  • Strong track record of commerciality, Negotiation and business development.
  • Having strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Proactive and possessing strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Team management & Leadership.
  • Communication & Persuation
  • An exceptional communicator with highly effective interpersonal skills.
