Role Description

This is a permanent position for Commercial Manager based in Johor Bahru. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the wholesale market segment. This role involves managing relationships with key wholesalers, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring the profitability of perishable crops distributed through wholesale channels. You will also lead the commercial team to enter and penetrate the wholesale market in your southern region. Perishable crops include, but are not limited to, vegetables and fruits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales/Key Account Manager for at least 1 (one) year
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with wholesale (GT) players
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field
