Commercial & Finance Ops Manager (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the team in Finance operations, including financial reporting for SEA, preparation of quarterly corporate reporting, accounts receivables, accounts payables, fixed assets, account receivables collection, and credit management.
2. Lead and manage site compliance activities, cashflow forecast, capex process, local statutory reporting on tax and audit, lease accounting, local statutory filing and requirements, treasury, and hedging.
3. Work closely with both operations and supply chain teams to provide commercial insights and drive margin gain within the site.
4. Collaborate with operations and continuous improvement teams to enhance profitability in low margin product groups/customers and ensure action plans are implemented.
5. Work on various projects, including ERP Improvement opportunities, Inventory Reduction Program, Major Project (Capex), and ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Finance operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. At least 10 years of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing.
2. Professional accounting designation (CA/CPA) or a recognized accounting degree.
3. Broad commercial and operational experience, coupled with high-level corporate exposure and people management experience.
4. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to provide clear summarized analysis.
5. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle ambiguity effectively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and determination.
