Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for business development and sales? We are seeking an experienced General Manager/Commercial Director to oversee an established FMCG manufacturer’s operations in Indonesia. This role requires strong fluency in both Indonesian and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations in Indonesia, including sales, marketing, technical services, logistics, and finance.
• Develop and lead strategic planning processes to ensure growth and market expansion.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve positive sales development and support business development with associated companies and export markets.
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
• Optimise warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop the management team and staff.
• Manage yearly budgeting processes and ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.
• Regularly update regional directors on market and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience (10+ years) in B2B business development, key account management, and/or commercial roles, preferably within the F&B ingredients business.
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively as required.
