Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-level commercial strategies that align with the company's long-term vision to ensure sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify, evaluate, and build high-value partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to drive business expansion and competitive advantage.
• Lead and coach commercial development teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis while proactively identifying and mitigating potential business risks.
• Continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and ensure the company remains a market leader.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Mandarin is preferred (to communicate effectively with customers).
• 3-5 years of experience in business development.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to process customer information and make efficient use of inventory.
• 5+1 days a week (one day working from home) with one day off per week.
