What will you do:

  1. Manage collections of assigned portfolios via executing collections' strategies and negotiate for payments, restructuring and settlement with customers.
  2. Contact delinquent customers via calls & emails to drive collections & maintain customer relations.
  3. Engage with Sales stakeholders in identifying and resolving problems impacting collections, i.e. dispute resolution & contract issues.
  4. Prepare & submit monthly reports and forecasts, including analysis & commentaries on delinquent customers.
  5. Handle special & ad hoc projects as assigned and identify opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures or tools.
  6. Support team members according to backup plan and on an ad hoc basis if required.
  7. Ensure standard work documents are constantly up to date.
  8. Perform ad-hoc assignments and other responsibilities delegated by the supervisor from time to time.

What are we looking for:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other equivalent.
  2. Preferably at least 1 year of experience in credit processing and analyst position. Experience in handling SME portfolio would be an added advantage.
  3. Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Ability to speak in other languages or dialects would be an added advantage.
  5. Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve collective goals.
  6. Familiar with Excel and accounting analysis.
  7. Strong commitment to professional development and eagerness to expand knowledge and skills through continuous learning opportunities.
