Collection Officer / Team Leader | Immediate Hiring

Responsibilities:

• Regimented calling to debtors for payment of 140 accounts per day with a success rate.
• Discussion with debtors on repayment schemes or restructuring loans to update arrears.
• Initiate site visits and searches to ascertain the whereabouts of uncontactable hirers.
• Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Collections.
• Well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
