Main Job Purpose:
The role is part of Asia CM team and is responsible for CM operation, including supporting Asia CM strategic initiatives, driving performance, managing supplier relationships, and facilitating cross-functional communication. The Performance is end to end, including production output, service, quality, safety, inventory, and costs.

The role also includes managing the relationships with the collaborative manufacturers, and internal relationships, working closely with Integrated Planning and Procurement, as well as other key stakeholders including Quality, Long Term Planning and Innovations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Understand BU CM strategy and E2E supply chain.
  • Support the management of performance across a balanced scorecard of measures including service (Dispatch Rate, On Time In Full), cost (Spend, Business Waste, Cost Savings), cash, quality, safety, contract compliance.
  • Deliver structural improvements in service and cost. Own short term capacity planning (0-3mth horizon) and execution from the collaborative manufacturers.
  • Manage the relationship with the collaborative manufacturers.
  • Ensure strong and effective internal relationships, and clear ways of working, especially with multiple Integrated Planning groups and Procurement, but also Quality, Innovations, Long Term Planning.
  • Support Innovations, RCCP (3-18mth horizon), LTP (1-5hr horizon), cost reduction projects, sourcing changes, quality compliance, contract compliance.
  • OEM management to supervise our collaborative manufacturing for OTIF.

Job Specifications/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Manufacturing or any other supply chain function is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software; experience with SAP operations is advantageous.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability, learning ability, and a drive for results.
  • Fluency in Malay and English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
