Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, Project or Event Management)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin in writing and speaking (able to translate verbally and in writing between English and Mandarin). Malay an advantage.

Proficiency in project management tools and software
Experienced at planning and managing events
Possess a valid driving license
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
Facilitating Communication: Serve as a bridge between team members and various departments, ensuring smooth information flow and alignment of goals.
Project Coordination: Responsible for managing collaborative projects from start to finish. This involves organizing tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring project elements are harmonized to achieve objectives efficiently.
Strategy Implementation: Developing and implementing collaboration strategies and initiatives. Identify opportunities for improved collaboration and work towards enhancing teamwork.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that could hinder collaboration when obstacles arise. This may involve addressing conflicts, clarifying misunderstandings, or finding creative solutions.
Meeting and Workshop Facilitation: Arrange and facilitate meetings, workshops, and team-building exercises. These sessions will help strengthen relationships, improve communication, and enhance collaboration.
Progress Tracking: Regularly monitoring team progress and providing updates to management will be essential. Ensure that projects stay on track and meet established milestones.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocating manpower and materials to support collaboration efforts. Balancing resources effectively will contribute to project success.
Risk Mitigation: Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact collaboration is crucial. By anticipating challenges, help maintain a positive collaborative environment.
Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes will provide valuable references for future projects. These records contribute to organizational learning and continuous improvement.
