• Supervise CNC Operations: Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines, ensuring efficient and accurate machining processes for steel structure components.
• Controlling: Control the efficiency & increase production tonnage.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor CNC operators, provide training, and assign tasks to ensure productivity and skill development.
• Monitoring: Monitor the Labour team & provide necessary training.
• Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. Work closely with the Production Manager to prioritize jobs and allocate resources effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all machined steel components meet quality specifications and adhere to company standards. Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues related to CNC machines, tooling, and programming. Coordinate machine maintenance and servicing to prevent downtime.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve CNC processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize machine performance in steel structure manufacturing.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, machine maintenance logs, and operational reports. Provide regular updates to management on workflow, performance, and challenges.
