We are seeking an experienced cloud system engineer to join our cloud and VPS business team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud hosting and VPS systems, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports our business operations. At the same time, provide technical support and assistance to our sales team, as well as deploy and integrate our technology solutions for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and live chat, resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectation.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of our cloud and VPS systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to clients during and after deployment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer issues and resolutions, as well as updating knowledge base articles for reference.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for prospects and customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our technology solutions.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure the successful deployment and integration of our technology solutions for clients.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and technology advancements and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support, as needed.
• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of the cloud infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Perform any other duties from time to time that requested by Company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, operations, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud and virtual private server (VPS) systems, including experience with popular cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures for cloud and VPS systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex technical infrastructure systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of the technical infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Manage the configuration and maintenance of servers, storage, and other critical infrastructure components.
• Conduct research and evaluate new technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment, including compute instances, storage, and networking.
