Job Description

• Manage Azure & AWS cloud operations management, cost optimization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Support VMware vSphere, vCenter, VMware VCF/Aria, ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix.
• Support Microsoft Active Directory, Group policy, Azure AD, Windows, WSUS & Linux administration, IT asset management (Lansweeper).
• Implement Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions: Veeam, Commvault, AWS EDR for critical systems.
• Oversee Infrastructure & Architecture: On-premises server farm architecture, networking, security, and roadmap development.
• Ensure Security & Compliance: Security, risk management, and regulatory compliance for both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrate Problem-Solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure-related issues efficiently.
• Review operational changes (Azure and AWS) and contribute leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Azure Bicep.
• Oversee cloud cost optimization through right-sizing, reservation, and resource tagging.
• Ensure security compliance and manage the administration of Microsoft Defender (MDE) for Windows Servers and TrendMicro Cloud One Deep Security for Linux.
• Lead system migration initiatives from on-premises to cloud environments.
• Administer and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication, ensuring patch management and system upgrades.
• Implement AWS S3 for offsite backup and long-term data archiving and manage backup optimization projects, including transitioning from AWS VTL to AWS SOBR, ensure data protection, recovery strategies, and incident response readiness.
• Oversee AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery (EDR) for critical APAC servers, ensuring successful replication and conducting annual DR drills.
• Define and standardize APAC regional IT server room infrastructure, covering power, cooling, cabling, and security.
• Oversee on-premises IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, operational reliability, and cost-efficient scalability.
• Manage vendor SLAs, software compliance, and respond proactively to audit findings.
• Perform Windows & Linux server health checks, upgrades, and decommissioning of EOL hardware.
• Maintain and optimize Lansweeper for IT asset tracking and management.
• Conduct weekly security compliance checks (Trusted Advisor / Azure Cloud Defender), OS/software updates, and vulnerability assessments.
• Deploy Microsoft Defender (MDE) security solutions across cloud and agency servers.
• Provide SME-level support for APAC IT infrastructure issues and escalations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cloud Infrastructure Expert should have:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and on-premises support.
• Expertise in VMware, AWS, Azure, Windows, and Linux administration.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable cloud and virtualization architectures.
• Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, AWS EDR).
• Hands-on expertise with automation tools like PowerShell, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones.
• Cloud certifications (Azure and AWS architecture/associate).
