Clinical Specialist (Ultrasound)

Summary

Clinical Specialist is responsible for mastering the knowledge of a product and sharing his/her knowledge to internal and external customers. Clinical Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the buyer of a product can function the product appropriately and can maximize all the features of the product as needed.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct ultrasound product demos and user trainings focusing on end users as target group.
2. Support conferences, symposiums, workshops, and any ultrasound product events.
3. Respond to day-to-day equipment related queries.
4. Engage customers on features and benefits of products, preferably sensitive to address customer needs by providing solutions.
5. Commute from point to point and travel outstation areas in Malaysia depending on requests from customers.
6. Work over the weekend from time to time (replacement leave is applicable).

Work Experience & Qualification

1. Have ultrasound scanning experience preferably as a sonographer or clinical background with radiographer or medical technologist experience.
2. Experience as an ultrasound clinical applications specialist or familiarity with ultrasound products.
3. Technical exposure in clinical settings like O&G, Radiology & Cardiology departments will be an added advantage.
