WSM MEDIC Sdn Bhd is a leader in medical technology, offering cutting-edge solutions in the healthcare industry. As part of our growing Clinical & Sales Support team, we’re looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to fill the role of Medical Sales Executive, based in Johor Bahru (JOHOR).

Requirements:

• Based in JOHOR BAHRU, Johor. Prefer 1-2 years working experience as Sales person or OT Nurse in Medical or Hospital sector.
• Fresh Graduates with Biomedical Science or related Science Degree are welcome to apply.
• Must possess Own Car with a valid driving license.
• Occasional work on weekends, public holidays, and work extra hours when necessary. (Allowance available)
• Able to work in Hospital Operating Theatre environment.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Science, Medical Science, Nursing or Science related educational background.
• Good interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clinical Support and promote cutting-edge minimally invasive treatment device. Attend procedures (surgeries) in Hospital Operating Theatre, provide technical advice to doctors and nurses on-site during procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Sell and promote company's products to our customers in hospitals.
• Organize product presentations, live demonstrations, and workshops to potential customers in the hospitals.
• Commit to travel when the need arises.

Extra Performance Based Income / Commissions:

• Attend Case/Surgery’ Commission – up to RM300 / surgery.
• Ability to earn extra up to RM1,200 – RM3,000 “Attend Case” Extra Commission per month.
• Travel Allowance RM 600 - 800 per month + Week-end Work Allowance: RM100.00 per day.
