Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a passionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team, dedicated to providing evidence-based psychological care. This role involves working with children, adolescents, and some adults, particularly from corporate backgrounds, to achieve optimal mental health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, including tools such as IQ, personality, mood, and related assessments, to support client treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with the team, including other healthcare providers, to optimize client care and deliver a holistic approach.
• Provide therapy and psychological interventions for children and adolescents, particularly those with learning or developmental disorders (e.g., ADHD, ASD).
• Develop and implement behavior management strategies using methods such as ABA, ACT, and mindfulness to support clients' mental health goals.
• Offer guidance on mental health practices, and consult with team members when needed to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on client assessments, progress, and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, with preference given to those who have worked in mental health settings with children and adolescents.
• Strong assessment skills in IQ, personality, and mood, along with experience in creating tailored treatment plans.
• Previous experience with neurodevelopmental disorders (such as ASD and ADHD) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to collaborate with other team members for a comprehensive client care approach.
