As a Clinical Education Specialist at The Air Station (subsidiary company of Easmed), specializing in sleep devices, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that both our internal teams and healthcare professionals are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively support our sleep portfolio. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating educational materials to help patients understand and use sleep devices safely and effectively.

This role is integral to enhancing patient care by ensuring that our sleep solutions are correctly implemented in clinical settings and that patients are empowered to use these devices at home. Your contributions will directly impact patient comfort, health outcomes, and overall quality of life, while also driving business success and knowledge sharing within the company.

What You Do:

• Train Internal Teams: Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams, focusing on the features and clinical applications of our sleep devices. Ensure they understand the technical specifications, troubleshooting, and patient needs.
• Develop Educational Materials: Create comprehensive, engaging, and accessible educational content for both internal teams and healthcare professionals, tailored to the specific requirements of the sleep portfolio.
• Patient Awareness and Education: Prepare patient education materials that focus on raising awareness about sleep disorders and the proper use of sleep devices.
• Customer-Facing Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure they are knowledgeable about our sleep devices and their integration into patient care plans.
• Ongoing Program Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs and patient education materials through feedback and performance tracking.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, clinical teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide Post-Training Support: Offer ongoing support and follow-up to healthcare professionals and patients after training.
• Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in sleep therapy and ensure that training programs are up-to-date and compliant.
• Enhance Product Knowledge: Ensure that internal teams, healthcare professionals, and patients are well-versed in the technical features and clinical applications of our sleep devices.

Who You Are:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Certifications in Adult Education or Medical Device Training are a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in medical device training or clinical education. Experience with sleep devices is preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
• Product Expertise: Solid understanding of sleep devices and their clinical applications.
• Instructional Design: Expertise in developing effective training content for various learning formats.
• Patient-Focused: Ability to create user-friendly patient education materials.
• Collaboration and Relationship-Building: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships.
• Adaptable and Organized: Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passionate About Education: A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring others.
