Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Coordinator/Admin, based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing patient care, managing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with clinic policies, coordinating with various Mental Health professionals, and preparing documentation. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with corporate and clinic clients and coordinating partnerships between vendors and affiliates. The Clinical Coordinator will also be involved in communication with clients to ensure a higher standard of care.

Qualifications

1. Must have exceptional writing skills
2. Plus point for prior experience working in a client servicing role
3. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are welcomed)
4. Excellent organisational (attention to detail) and multitasking abilities
5. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of Mental Health professionals
6. Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent
