Clinical Assistant

Job Responsibility

• Assist doctors during patient consultations and minor procedures.
• Manage patient registration, billing, claims, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic facilities and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and alert management of stock shortages.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent (related healthcare certification is a bonus).
• Can speak well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills, clear communication, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively as part of the healthcare team, patient-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with high patient traffic.
• Working Hours: Shift
• Work Location: Klinik Ikram Setapak 24 Jam.
