Location: Clinic at No. 5, Setia Indah 2/13, Taman Setia Indah, 81100 Johor Bahru.

Full Time Permanent: 5.5 days work a week.

• Annual leaves and allowance.
• EPF/SOCSO/EIS.
• Proper training will also be provided.
• Uniform provided.
• Commission added depends on sales.

Job Scope

• Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Handling registration of patients, billing of patients.
• Handle customer’s requests and attend to their queries.
• Managing appointments and calls.
• Assist doctor during procedures and patient consultations.
• Operate treatment equipment with care and professionalism.
• Ensure cleanliness of treatment equipment and stations.
• Premise upkeep to ensure clinic is well-maintained, clean and in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with a science background.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Friendly, good attitude, hardworking, pleasant personality, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Fast learner, willing to learn actively & interest in the beauty line.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
