Clinic Manager

Based in Johor Bahru | Oversees clinics in Johor & Puchong

Full-time | On-site with travel required between locations

Help lead the expansion of a growing medical group across Malaysia.

We are seeking a proactive, experienced Clinic Manager to oversee operations across our 3 existing clinics in Johor and 1 clinic in Puchong, with more branches in the pipeline. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring seamless operations, standardizing systems, and implementing SOPs across multiple locations.

You will work closely with the founders to support our growth journey — from operational consistency to staff training, compliance, and customer experience.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations across all clinics, ensuring smooth patient flow, staffing, inventory, and service standards.
• Lead the implementation of SOPs, workflows, and expansion strategies across all branches, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Supervise clinic teams (front desk, clinical staff, support staff) with a focus on high performance, morale, and patient-centred care.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure operational excellence.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff in line with standardized processes.
• Serve as the main liaison between branch clinics and the central leadership team.
• Monitor KPIs, clinic budgets, and efficiency metrics; identify areas for improvement.
• Handle escalated patient issues and provide solutions with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, licensing, and safety standards at all sites.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare or clinic management, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to implement and enforce SOPs and standardized systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with EMR systems, reporting tools, and basic financial oversight.
• Willing to travel between Johor and Puchong regularly.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in managing clinical expansions or multi-branch operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement strategies.
