Responsibilities:

• Patient care: Assisting doctors with patient care, including basic procedures and clerical duties.
• Recordkeeping: Maintaining and updating patient records.
• Administrative duties: Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the branch manager and doctor.
• Patient information: Obtaining patient information and performing recordkeeping tasks.
• Diagnostic tests: Performing simple diagnostic tests.
• Welcoming patients: Welcoming patients to the clinic and preparing them to be seen by nurses and physicians.
• Sanitizing: Sanitizing treatment rooms to maintain a hygienic workplace.
• Preparing patients: Helping prepare patients for examinations.
• Dispensing drugs: Dispensing drugs as prescribed by the doctors.
• Communication: Communicating with other team members.
• Customer service: Providing customer service for a patient to have a satisfactory experience.
