Clinic Assistant

M&S UNIHEALTHCARE SDN.BHD. is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. This contract position is an essential part of our primary healthcare services, providing administrative and clinical support to our General Practitioners. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic, contributing to the overall patient experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling patient inquiries
2. Assisting with clinical tasks, including preparing examination rooms, sterilising equipment, and supporting the General Practitioners during consultations
3. Maintaining stock levels and ordering necessary medical supplies
4. Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and infection control throughout the clinic
5. Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our patients

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical setting, preferably as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar role
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems
5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
6. A genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to the wellbeing of our patients
