Responsibilities
Delivering outstanding customer service to clients through live chat, email, and telephone channels
Engaging with clients to address queries and provide information about our trading platforms and service offerings
Assisting clients in resolving technical and troubleshooting issues
Collaborating with different departments to efficiently resolve client concerns
Monitoring and reviewing live chat conversations to maintain the highest quality standards within the department
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
Proficient in computer usage, with excellent command of CRM systems
Strong attention to detail, adept at multitasking, and capable of managing a significant volume of inquiries while maintaining accuracy
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
