Client Services Manager

What You'll Be Doing

1. Meet and liaise with your assigned clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
2. Proactively identify and address client needs, requirements, and challenges
3. Work closely with the internal teams that meets the client's brief and budget
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences
5. Regularly review client accounts to identify new opportunities and potential risks
6. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and activities
7. Provide timely and accurate reporting on client performance and satisfaction
8. Support the development of client-facing resources and materials

What We're Looking For

1. Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels
3. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs
4. Thorough understanding of the sales and account management process
5. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
6. Experience managing FMCG portfolio preferred
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.
