Independently manage assigned clients and consistently meet client expectations.
Support the engagement & relationship with the Retailer's product team and vendor's key account/trade marketing team.
Quick to learn and have a good understanding of retail, commercial/category management.
Comfortable analyzing complex data sets on the market, customers, and competitors and able to generate insights and provide business case recommendations.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects, as needed.
Comfortable with report generation and presentations with a passion for business insights and business action.
Support all sales-related initiatives and are comfortable with budgets and targets.
Qualifications
3-5 Years of working experience (experience in client servicing is an added advantage).
Bachelors or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
Able to work both independently and within a team.
Comfortable in presentations and reporting explanations.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
Eager to learn, self-driven, takes initiative & takes on challenges with a positive attitude.
Able to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
