Job description

Our Sales and Service consultants are client-centric problem-solvers excited about helping our clients grow and develop. They are the first line of contact for our existing and prospective clients to deliver uncompromisingly superior customer experience and consultative support through a solid understanding of our business and products.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with our customers to effectively identify their needs and communicate considerate solutions through phone, email, live chat.
  • Provide support and guidance to our clients and prospective clients.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and product owners to identify opportunities for bettering client engagement and grow client portfolios’ key metrics.
  • Answer incoming inquiries from customers, educating them on our product offerings and supporting them on their client journeys - organizational and communication.
  • Regularly liaise with our internal teams to eliminate any frictions during the onboarding process and to ensure that all applications are dealt with in line with the company’s procedure.
  • Keep an accurate record of client communications, regularly update CRM entries and record all your sales and service activities.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written, reading, and speaking verbal fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
  • Fluency in the following additional languages is a plus: Bahasa Indonesian & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Skilled negotiator with strong influencing skills, able to communicate effectively and with enthusiasm.
  • Familiarity with and capability to perform KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, comfortable working independently.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about ongoing development and steep learning curve.
  • A flair for sales and delivering best in class customer service.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within financial services.
  • Have a clear, informative, and professional communication style.
  • Easily adaptable to changing priorities with a passion for creative problem-solving.
  • Educated to a diploma/degree level.
  • Able to commit to work on noon shifts (2 pm-11 pm), public holiday and weekend shifts on a rotational basis; shift allowance ($USD) will be provided accordingly.
