Client Operations Officer, Master Data Services (Pricing) M/F

What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the Manager/ Associate Director, MDS Pricing team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of security pricing valuation.

You will be supporting Global business with 8 working hours a day. Shift hours would be on rotational basis and starts between 8am MYT to 12pm MYT.

What will you do?

1. Responsible for the day-to-day deliverables: Delivery of portfolio securities valuation for fund administered including Security Pricing, FX & Interest Rates, Stale Price Analysis, Customer Support, EUCs Update.
2. Accountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank/legal holidays and weekends when required).
3. Maintain statistics up to date (including daily team checklist update).
4. Maintain organizational relationship with Management line.
5. Ensure effective resolution of enquiries.
6. Escalation of issues & problems.
