Overview:
As the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, this role involves understanding client needs and pitching integrated marketing strategies that address their challenges. The strategist will promote the company's 10 comprehensive services: Media, Content Strategy, Creative, Commerce & E-Commerce, CRM, Partnership, Warehouse, Events, Data Analytics, and Tech. Success in this role requires strong data analysis skills to pinpoint client pain points, exceptional communication, a flexible mindset to propose creative, effective solutions, and strong project management abilities. The ideal candidate is committed to helping clients grow their business.
You will play an important role:
Proposal Strategy & Planning
- Cultivate client relationships, gather requirements, and understand challenges.
- Conduct brand audits to define positioning, USP, and target audience.
- Lead multi-department projects and attend client meetings.
Client Servicing
- Develop customized marketing proposals, project plans, timelines, and quotations.
- Deliver persuasive client presentations.
Client Onboarding
- Collect client information, analyze strategy, competitors, KPIs, and budget.
- Formulate effective, budget-aligned marketing strategies.
- Assign tasks and gather brand assets.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal/external teams and manage project timelines.
- Participate in meetings, facilitate brainstorming, and review reports.
- Address issues and ensure seamless teamwork.
Team Development
- Lead, mentor, manage hiring, and oversee performance.
Quality Assurance
- Review deliverables, monitor timelines, and uphold quality standards.
- Analyze and improve project performance.
Reporting
- Conduct performance reviews and present client-facing reports.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an integrated marketing/digital marketing account executive and manager role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and clients
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Minimum of 1 year working in a marketing/creative/advertising agency
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
