About the job
The Client Executive (CE) is responsible for being the key liaison between Clients & the Agency, driving the successful end-to-end execution of campaigns including effectively managing multiple accounts simultaneously. You will manage day-to-day Client relationships, coordinate & work tightly with cross-functional Agency teams, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget & aligned with the Client's goals.
You will be reporting directly to a Client Manager.

This position will be based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
Your role
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, industry trends, and goals.
- Act as a trusted partner, fostering respectful and productive working relationships across all levels within the organization and with Clients.
- Proactively manage regular communication, ensuring Client satisfaction and project success.
Project Coordination & Delivery:
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Social Media, Media, Strategy, etc.) to manage projects from brief to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track.
- Prepare and support Client presentations, proposals and reports, providing insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate processes across multiple accounts, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality outputs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Quality Assurance & Feedback:
- Review and quality-check deliverables with keen attention to detail before submission to clients.
- Gather and communicate Client feedback to ensure effective revisions and continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Client industries, market trends, and competitor landscapes.
- Critical thinker with the ability to propose solutions and show enthusiasm for learning.
- Excellent communication skills, with an engaging and professional style that enhances Client relationships.
- Organized, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks while streamlining processes.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Communications/Marketing/Public Relations/Integrated Marketing
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing agency
- Have an understanding of digital marketing and grow that knowledge base through work experiences
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and quantitative skills
- Internet research and PowerPoint skills are a must
- Ability to write content and other marketing materials as indicated by supervisors is a plus
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment
