About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Client Care Specialist to represent IKONIK Eye Specialist Centre and meet targets while providing exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of intensive working experience in customer service, with expertise in face-to-face interactions. Experience in retail or F&B industries is highly recommended. Bachelor's Degree in any field with a CGPA of 3.0 and above is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and compliant manner.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
2. Experience in retail or F&B industries preferred.
3. Bachelor's Degree in any field with a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
4. Fluency in Mandarin and English is an advantage.
