  2. Oversee the implementation of architectural works, ensuring strict adherence to approved architectural drawings, specifications, and building codes.
  3. Ensure all architectural works are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards, including finishing details like materials, texture, and colour as per the design.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of architectural components such as finishes, fixtures, fittings, cladding, and other design elements to ensure conformity to drawings and specifications.
  5. Identify and report defects related to architectural finishes, structure alignment, and aesthetics. Propose solutions or adjustments to maintain design integrity without compromising structural integrity.
  6. Inspect architectural materials such as wood, glass, stone, and metalwork to ensure they meet specified quality standards, design intent, and aesthetic requirements.

  8. Conduct comprehensive inspections before and after the execution of architectural finishes, ensuring the work aligned with architectural designs and specifications.
  9. Maintain meticulous records of architectural elements, including design variations, material changes, and any deviations from the approved drawings or specifications.
  10. Keep detailed records of rejected architectural works or materials, including reasons for rejection and follow-up actions.
  11. Witness tests related to architectural materials (e.g., load-bearing capacity of cladding materials, fire resistance of specific finishes) to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  12. Identify and report substandard workmanship, defective architectural materials, or finishes that do not meet design and quality standards for immediate corrective action.
  13. Measure completed architectural works to ensure they match the design specifications and are accurately reported.

  16. Report any architectural design-related issues, such as inaccuracies, errors in design interpretation, or construction difficulties, to superiors for resolution.
  17. Work closely with structural teams to ensure that architectural elements are appropriately integrated with structural components, avoiding conflicts between design and structural integrity.
  18. Ensure that the architectural works consider sustainability, including using eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient design features per the project's environmental goals.
  19. Perform any additional duties or responsibilities related to architecture as directed by the Engineer or Project Manager, contributing to the project's overall success.
