Job Responsibilities:
- Record keeping - maintaining accurate records of fish stock, inventory levels, and sales.
- Data entry - inputting information into computer systems, such as processing orders, updating stock levels, and keeping track of financial records.
- Customer service - assisting with client inquiries, whether by phone or email, and providing information about product availability and delivery schedules.
- Order processing - assisting in order fulfillment by preparing paperwork, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that all required documentation is completed for shipping or receiving.
Job Requirement:
- 6 working days per week, 9.30am-6.00pm
- Experience in office administration and assistant work is an added advantage.
- Possess a good working attitude, responsible, rigorous, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Have basic computer knowledge.
- No experience is required; the company provides on-the-job training.
