Class Manager - GTC

1. As the owner of training delivery plans and resource allocation, ensure that training projects/classes are successfully delivered as planned by correctly handling frontline requirements, developing delivery plans, matching delivery resources, and managing delivery risks.

2. Handle frontline training requirements in the responsible domain, clarify the requirements, adapt delivery solutions based on the requirements, and communicate with the frontline together with the R&D representative and delivery representative to customize non-standard delivery solutions to ensure that the solutions match frontline requirements.

3. Develop the training delivery plan for the responsible domain, match various delivery resources, release the delivery plan, initiate the class opening process, and track the training delivery progress, ensuring that delivery is implemented smoothly.

4. Manage the trainer resource pool of the responsible domain, assist the Trainer Dept in planning and tracking resources and production capacity, and warn of risks in a timely manner, ensuring that the quality and quantity of resources meet requirements.

5. Identify and warn of delivery risks in the responsible domain and track the plan implementation process so that risks can be effectively handled and closed, assuring the training delivery quality.

6. Based on the customer reception standards and procedures, plan and coordinate all events with company resources for domestic and foreign customers.

7. Implement and track problems by following the reception procedure during the implementation process.
