Primary Details

The purpose of this role is to provide technical support to the team and assistance to the team leader by being the subject matter expert on the process he/she is handling.

Your New Role:

• Assist with day-to-day claims management from different lines of business.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance guidelines and policies.
• Adhere to local and international regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage Co / RI claims submitted by different intermediaries.
• Work alongside LOB managers in implementing and maintaining claims management strategies.
• Act as an escalation point for customer complaints.
• Work alongside the team to support distribution partners.
• Support process improvement through negotiation and dispute resolution.

About You:

• Relevant experience in General Insurance claims handling.
• Management of complex and/or high value claims.
• Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
