Position: Claims Executive - Motor Insurance.
Salary: RM1,600 – RM1,700.00
Job Location: Oakland Commercial Centre, Seremban

Job Description
We have an opening for “Claims Executive – Motor Insurance” and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and youthful soul to join us! This position is based in Oakland Commercial Centre, Seremban and the main role and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Handle, manage and settle claims in accordance with company policy, procedures, and instructions;
• Process and submit claims (either by Merimen E Claims system or manual submissions);
• Check, verify and compile all documentation and details to ensure claims are processed accordingly;
• Communicate, discuss and follow up with insurance companies to procure offers and appeal against offers and payments;
• Review and compile all successful claims and conduct data analysis;
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team, subject to the following basic requirements:

• SPM/STPM/Diploma;
• 0-2 years of experience in handling motor insurance claims;
• Proficient in computer and data entry;
• Proficient in English and Malay.

Location: Oakland Commercial Centre, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
