KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Check and inspect slope, drainage, foundation, access road and bridges for extra high voltage transmission towers.
• Perform site mapping (slope, drainage, foundation etc.) for extra high voltage transmission towers.
• Supervise civil works as instructed by engineer.
• Carry out final inspection for civil components of newly completed transmission towers.
• Assist to take site photo, drone images and upload to the data lake.
• Compile photographic record for work done verification.
• Assist to resolve wayleave issues with landowner, whenever it is necessary.
• Ensure civil rectification work for tower foundations with soil erosion completed promptly.

QUALIFICATION and WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Polytechnic certificate in Civil Engineering or MLVK Level III.
• Possession of Safety Passport, CIDB Green Card and First Aid certificate is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of slope inspection and assessment, drainage, foundation, reinforced concrete technology and retaining wall.

SKILLS / OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication and public relation skills.
• Competent in driving four-wheel drive and ATV.
• Physically fit to walk to tower sites.

Preference will be given to internal candidates.
