CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

JPT Consulting Engineering Sd Bhd is an established consulting Civil & Structural engineering firm located at Kota Kemuning, Seksyen 31, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Eshan. In line with our expansion program, we are now inviting qualified and motivated individuals to fill the position of Civil & Structural Engineer.

Recently, we were selected as the consulting C & S engineers for several large township developments and high-rise projects in Klang Valley. Due to new projects undertaken, we are now seeking a qualified candidate with a keen interest in civil and structural engineering design to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Carry out analysis and design and calculation for project assignments.
• Assist senior engineer/director in administrating and coordinating projects both at office and site.
• Liaising with authorities, contractors, and other consultants at selected trade.
• Coordinate and supervise draughting works.
• Attend site meetings and site inspections.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years experience in at least one of the following disciplines:
• Structural design for high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and/or landed properties.
• Steel structure for industrial buildings.
• Civil infrastructural design for large housing or industrial development schemes.
• Geotechnical engineering and foundation design.
• Computer literate with good knowledge in civil & structural engineering software applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking, i.e., able to handle a few projects simultaneously.
• Diligent, motivated, resourceful, and a team player.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fresh graduates with good academic results may also apply.
