Civil & Structural Engineer

• Assist engineer in detailed design works and drafting the technical drawings
• Create detailed designs with a range of Engineering software
• Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team
• Ensure final designs comply with guidelines, regulations, and quality standards
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and contractors
• Coordination between different contractors and agencies to maintain the project speed at the construction site
• Liaise with authorities to ensure on-time submissions and approvals
• Communicate effectively with direct superiors, teammates, and other colleagues

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in civil/structural engineering
• Strong technical skills in civil/structural analysis, design, and project management
• Fluent in English language and Bahasa Malaysia with adequate soft skills to communicate effectively with various project stakeholders
• Familiarity with local approving authorities' requirements
• Ability to liaise with local approving authorities to obtain timely approval of plans
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Fresh graduates with excellent educational results and motivation to learn will also be considered
