Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily supervise work progress at the site following the schedule and implement day to day activities.
2. Monitor, coordinate, and track the progress of internal and external work to ensure that all tasks are carried out according to specifications and schedules.
3. Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulation complies.
4. Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients.
5. Arrange regular meetings/discussions with relevant parties (e.g., workers, contractor, client, vendors) to ensure the work progress meets the targeted timeline.
6. Collaborate with relevant parties (e.g., workers, contractor, client, vendors) to ensure all works are executed as agreed.
7. Assist superior in planning and arrangement of the projects.
8. Report to superior, especially any discrepancies/potential delays in work.
9. Complete site reports and other records.
10. Conduct project briefing and attend internal/external regular meetings.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
2. Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates.
3. Minimum of 5 years in site supervision with property developer or contractor.
4. Site Coordination, Good Communication.
5. Proficient computer skills, mainly: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & AutoCAD.
6. Familiar with both infra and Civil Structural work.
7. Must have experience in commercial and industrial building.
8. Able to start work on short notice is an added advantage.

Special Conditions:

Ability to work in Setia Alam & Puncak Alam.
