Job Description:

(Only allowed and supervised job scopes are applicable to Pupils In Chambers position)
We are looking for Pupils In Chambers and Civil Litigation Lawyers with 1-3 years of experience to manage and take ownership of litigation matters. The ideal candidate should be highly independent (not applicable to Pupils in Chambers position), meticulous, and possess strong communication skills in Mandarin to effectively interact with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle litigation matters related to employment law, commercial disputes, and family disputes.
2. Draft and review commercial agreements.
3. Communicate effectively with clients in Mandarin.
4. Manage case files and ensure timely progress on all litigation matters.
5. Collaborate with team members and provide legal support as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and valid practicing certificate in Malaysia.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil litigation.
3. Strong ownership and accountability for assigned work.
4. Highly independent with the ability to work autonomously. (not applicable to Pupils in Chambers position)
5. Must have own transport.
6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
