CIVIL ENGINEER

About the role

Perunding JPC Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of a variety of civil engineering projects, from infrastructure to buildings. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, contributing to the company's continued success.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing and drafting civil engineering plans and specifications for various projects.
2. Conducting site inspections, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and construction workers, to coordinate project activities and liaise with government departments.
4. Analysing data, preparing reports, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, design codes, and best practices.

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the design of infrastructure.
3. Strong technical skills in structural analysis, design, and project management.
4. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
