RTA E&C Sdn Bhd is a leading construction company specializing in the oil & gas industry, renewable energy, and building construction. We’re currently expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to fill the role of Civil Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on diverse projects, providing expertise in design, planning, and technical specifications for infrastructure in the oil & gas (downstream) and renewable energy sectors.
• Apply your engineering knowledge to develop solutions across a wide range of projects, from constructing infrastructure to site development.
• Design and optimize plans, balancing materials, resources, and timelines for efficient project execution.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings and create basic cost analysis.
• Opportunity to work locally within Malaysia and internationally, depending on project location.

• A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in civil engineering.
• Someone with the ability to effectively collaborate with Korean Expatriates and stakeholders, embracing teamwork and communication styles unique to Korean work culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

•2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in renewable energy, oil & gas, or any construction project.

•Experience in machinery and equipment integration for large-scale harvesting operations.

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to work in remote locations and travel as needed.
