Cinema Crew Part Time ( GSC Bukit Bintang City Center )

Job Responsibility

• Provide excellent customer service to the customers.
• Attend to inquiries or feedback from the customers.
• Adhere to the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure hygiene of the Cinema premises & equipment.
• Handle point of sales system.
• Regularly check halls to ensure movie pictures, sound, and subtitles are clear.

Job Requirements

• Secondary school level and above
• Passionate about the entertainment industry
• Service-oriented & able to multi-task
• Ability to work well with others
• Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends, and beyond midnight (late shift up to 4am)
