Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a CHO, CHRO, HR Director, or equivalent role in a listed company or multinational corporation.
• Strong board-level experience, including presenting HR strategies and influencing key business decisions.
• Expertise in Thai labor laws, corporate governance, and compliance for listed firms.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including investors, regulators, and board members.
• Track record in organizational transformation, culture change, and HR innovation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change.
• Fluency in Thai and English is preferred.
