Chief Technology Officer / Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Technology Manager to join our dynamic team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing the overall technology vision and roadmap to align with the company's business objectives
• Leading a team of technology professionals and overseeing the delivery of complex IT projects

• Collaborating with other business functions to integrate technology solutions and drive operational efficiency
• Ensuring the security, reliability and scalability of the company's technology infrastructure
• Providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to the executive leadership team

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the information and communication technology industry
• Demonstrated track record of leading successful technology transformations and delivering complex, enterprise-wide IT initiatives
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and roadmaps
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Passionate about emerging technologies and their potential to drive business innovation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
