Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI Specialist

Company Overview

We are partnering with a Corporate Finance & Investment Banking (Banking & Financial Services) company. A dynamic and innovative tech company from Germany specializing in military-grade secure messaging and AI.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute the organization’s technology vision and roadmap, particularly in the AI and LLM domains.
  Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and LLMs to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals and market demands.
• Lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs for various applications, including conversational AI, content generation, and predictive analytics.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing AI and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance to teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in AI and software development.
• Oversee the creation of AI-driven products and solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
• Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and industry events to position it as a leader in tech, AI, and LLM technologies.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards, data privacy regulations, and industry-specific guidelines.

Requirements to be successful:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in AI and LLM development.
• Technical expertise in various fields.
• Exceptional ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in deploying AI models in production environments at scale.
• Knowledge of ethical AI, data privacy regulations, and security best practices.
